Most people don’t think twice about visiting the small state of Connecticut, but I promise you, the views are beautiful year-round! Here are some photographs from our hike last week. We hope you enjoy seeing a bit of New England in the summertime.
Dan always jokes that I have to “take him out on walks” because he’s like a dog that needs time outside. I don’t want to argue against that, in case he decides to tear up the couch or poop in my shoe, so outside we go.
We always try to fit a selfie in somewhere . . . It’s second nature to us now that we’ve started vlogging!
Oh the irony! I’m wearing Nike even when I don’t have an ounce of athleticism to back it up! 😉
We love hiking along new trails to kick off the start of summer, hence all these outdoorsy posts lately (sorry—next week will be better, I promise!) Although I must say, Dan did a great job finding this lesser known walking trail at the Branford Supply Pond. The Branford Supply Pond was pretty quiet on a bright Sunday afternoon, and there’s only eleven reviews on TripAdvisor, so does this place count as a local secret?
